I apparently have an impossible Azumarill on my hands. I've checked on Serebii and veekun and they both tell me the same thing. This thing has an abnormally high Special Attack for its level. It is not EV trained at all, I checked the Super Training meter. I received it at Lv.1.

Trying to max out style points for hatching o-power. Got the guy selling mega stones down to 70K. Not sure what I'm missing besides sushi high roller. Unlocked all the hairstyles, I get discounts from the taxi cabs. Got the 15 other o-powers and I'm in the post game now.

Just doing everything once isn't enough. Keep doing style-increasing things (best bet is buying Premier Balls one at a time from the Ball shop)
You don't need max style for hatching, but it does have to be fairly high. Check Cafe Introversion every so often.

His Pre-Evo's learn Rock Head (no recoil) and when it revolves it changes into Solid Rock (Reduced weakness damage) instead of Lightning Rod. But yours is a slightly different problem because Rhyhorn is LightningRod>LR>LR or Rock Head>RH> Solid Rock.

I ended up catching Sawsbuck in a Friends Safari, so I wanted to see if it can change forms. I tried taking to Frost Cavern to see if it would change forms, but it didn't. Any other ideas, or did Game Freak give up on them entirely.
