Yeah you can rebattle the girl in Lumiose multiple times to get more. I've got like 4. Pretty sure she's a beauty. There's also a Nugget girl you can farm.

The trainers in the alley ways respawn. I think she's in one of the Alleys directly accessible from South Boulevard(right from where you first ever enter Lumiose.) I'm not sure what the conditions are to respawn them. Might be entering buildings.

I don't know if this stops happening postgame or anything, though. Haven't checked.

You can get Lucky Eggs from wild Chanseys, they have a 5% chance of holding them.

Get something with Compound Eyes and look in a Friend Safari that has Chansey.
