For now, the only way to get Hidden Abilities for Pokémon that aren't in the Friend Safari but were in previous games would be to get them from the Dream World and transfer them over to 6th Gen when Pokémon Bank and Transfer become available.

What about breeding within egg groups?
Protean Froakie plus something else female, producing the other poke with it's Dream World Ability?

So that is atleast a few extra pokemon not in friend safari who you can get the hidden ability for

Still it can have one with a Hidden ability which adds some extra, and Durant happens to be very useful for this since you can use entertainment on enemy pokemon to change thier ability and see what it was just before it changes to find the one you need.

I caught a hidden abillity Poliwag and Gligar on the first attempt without checking, but it took me an hour to find a Zubat with Infiltrator

Either way if you want to hunt a hidden ability pokemon in a horde I recommend using something with entertainment.
