There's an IV checker in Kiloude City's Pokemon Center that tells you your Pokemon's highest and equal highest stats and how good they are.
So if he lists out all 6 of your stats and says they can't be beat then it's perfect

I am currently doing my EV's through Super Training. So the stats I will be boosting with super training is Attack and Defense. So I will just spam the attack and defense games.

There is a meter at the side of the screen. As your points are being put into your stats that meter fills. When full you can't put anymore in.

There's a fucking bar that fills up on the ST screen and when it's full the game literally tells you "Congratulations this is a fully trained Pokemon!" and you get a little strongman icon.

Just keep trying- a good step is to remove dittos as fast as you can to get that egg chance up. (Unless its a JP ditto with perfect IV's, but those nignogs will never give you that)

OK, but...
Can't you get 255 EVs per stat;
i.e. you can get more than 252, which means you don't get your 4 bonus EVs in a third stat (assuming you're doing 252/252/4)
