I'm kinda new to the IV and EV thing, but i herd that now on X & Y it's like, the easiest thing in the world. Could someone explain what i should do to get the max out of a pokémon, or link a nice guide about it?

Also, my team average level is 50 righ now, it's possible to train EVs on these pokémons, or should i breed some new ones, with eggs?
