I have a ProFroak, female, and I'm about to begin my quest to get either a Jolly nature (the one I have is Adamant) or a shiny.

How do I do this? What items do I need to hold to keep the hidden ability but randomize the nature? What methods are there to getting good IVs? What's this Matsuda Method people are talking about?
