Alright, I have been breeding Sand Rush, Adamant Drilburs but I they have 3 perfect IVs (HP, Spd, Spe). My question is what can I do to get the other IVs perfect?

Either 1 in 32 luck or breeding them with something within the same egg group that has perfect IVs in the stats you want.

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Field_(Egg_Group) so pokemon in the field egg group. so If I check my torchic for attack IVs and it has 31 attack, I breed those two and put the destiny knot on the torchic it could carry the attack ivs over to the new eggs, right?
