I thought it sucked, and then I got so used to it it was weird going back to physical Pokemon's one hit attacks. I do prefer theirs, infinitely easier to charge up, but rapid fire Pokemon are great for the speed ones.

Either your pokemon is still weak, or you're doing it wrong.

Use the rapid fire to quickly hit the white targets. Once the orange one appears, just keep the fire button pressed till you're charged, then release it to fire a barrage of power shots.

Why are so many people so bad at Super Training?
I'd almost say I had an easier time with Rapid Shot than even Speed Shot.

Tap for single shot or do small bursts to get the white goals.
Make sure you let the circle at the bottom of the hud fill up, it decides your shot power/how many balls your rapid fire charge shot launches.
Finally use your Shield to end your Rapid charge shots early if you have balls coming your way.
