To be fair, the tournaments are not breeding contests, so cheating your way to a max IV pokemon is still cheating, but it makes the pokemon battling no different. I say true cheating is actually putting something on the pokemon that actually gives them the advantage such as illegal moves or abilities.
I wasn't even allowed to enter a local tournament because my pokemon were hacked with max IVs, but were still legal in moves, abilities, and no other alterations to gain an unfair advantage.

Were they checking your IVs at the door or something? Even if that's possible, it's not hard to gen a pokemon with near perfect stats and just leave the ones that it doesn't need as much down a little. Just learn how to gen properly.

Not for all. I was breeding for days, changing parents when a New Perfect IV is inherited, using Destiny Knot to pass down the IVs, using Safari Ditto if necesary, and the best baby was a 4 IVs Absol. The rest of them, and actually, the team that I use in the Battle Spot, only have 3 Perfect IVs, or even two (but outstanding, so the rest of IVs are no lower than 25)

The Parent with most IVs hold the Destiny Knot, when I need the Nature, make hold the Everstone.

When a better mate is born, switch it and make hold Destiny Knot instead the earlier, rinse and repeat.

I have parents for a Togepi with SAtk/SDef/Spd and HP/Satk/Spd. Most of the times the offspring just inherited one and even some of them have one or two IVs (needed) in fucking zeroes, that's not something wrong, that's the RNG doing some bullshit.

You just might be the unluckiest person I've ever seen. I managed to breed a 31/31/31/31/31/31 joltik ( though that last IV was luck ), 31/xx/31/31/31/31 larvesta and 31/31/31/xx/31/31 fletchling all in the same day. Even managed to breed a 31/31/31/31/31/31 female fletchling but it had Big Pecks.

After you get some penta-perfects, it gets even easier because you can just trade for other penta perfects or breeding leftovers.

Let's not go there. Basically breeding is part of the game, so generating perfect pokemon for online battling shits on the whole purpose of breeding to get better pokemon to play. GF is now aware of hackers so the Pokebank will detect them, not allowing the transfer, now it's way esaier to get them so get over with it.

I do the research. And I know that the Destiny Knot will not carry only the 31 IVs. It's fine; and I can understand that. But if I have both parents with 31 IVs, two in common and after two boxed there are no results, then or the Destiny Knot is not working, or the RNG is just playing with me taking always the non-31 IVs.

Actually no, I managed to breed a 31/x/31/31/31/31 mon with the Destiny Knot in my Foreign Ditto because I was trying to MM the mon as well.

My original mon that I was using as the mother had Everstone for nature and it was the pokemon I breed with the x5 31 IV.

Also took me about 1 1/2 hour to breed it.

I've never played competitively, so I've never needed to create perfect Pokémon, but I don't see the problem with people doing it.
If I spent 4 hours breeding for perfect IVs, or the right IVs for the HP I want, alongside the moves and everything else, I'm not going to complain about somebody who did all of that cutting the time out. If we both have the same result, what harm is done? I've chosen to dedicate four hours to it, despite there being an easier way. I really don't care, because if anything it promotes variety. People can just try out what they want without having to spend hours getting it.
Anybody that gets annoyed by people 'cheating' (they're only cheating their selves out of wasted time) like this must be a bit simple. You are fully capable of doing it, there is nothing restricting you from doing it but yourself, and all the time the generated Pokémon are available through breeding, it's not hurting anybody else.

If you were breeding right you'd have perfect IV's too and would be on an even playing field. The situation is someone using Pokegen to get a team within the limits of the games normal statistics, but not mechanics.
The only variable that determines the outcome here is strategy, planning, and luck.

It's the exact same way it works with TCGs, for example: the guy who wins is generally the guy with the better deck, not the guy who is better at the game, and you can't ever hope to win the competition without, one way or another, getting certain cards that are necessary in the current metagame.

Parents with proper IVs, sharing two of them to make things secure, Destiny Knot is a dick and inherits only the non-31 IVs.

What's wrong then? I asked before. There are other Day Care Center? The Item is some thing VERY SIMILAR to Destiny Knot but isn't?
I mean, I know, the odds to get the proper Pokémon in the first try are abismal, but trying for days (Both Parents with 3 IVs at 31, sharing 2 of them) and then, NONE of the babies carries the 4 IVs, that's just bullshit.

If someone say that, idk, Destiny Knot must be carried only by the father/mother, or directly for the parent with less IVs, ok I get it. But it isn't, you just make hold one of the parents DK and the item will take 5 IVs from both and the offspring will get them.
Three Boxes and counting, just one Perfect IV is inherited, the rest are low and always one IV in flat zero.

If someone can POINT OUT the mistake, I will admit that I was wrong, but, c'mon, that just bad timing getting the egg from the Day-Care guy.

I don't agree with hacking primarily because it completely devalues the point of the game. You play pokemon to take on the gyms, beat the elite four and train up a team, Hacking a team of full EV/IV trained pokemon just to surf through the game seems really pointless.

Now competitive on the other hand, If people buy the game JUST to play online, they might as well stick to shoddy or PO. I can understand when trying to create a team to compete in these "tiers" it would get cumbersome to have to face the E4 a million times just to train said poke to level 100.

I was lucky in that my original Heliolisk had 31 IVs in Sp. Def, but here's what I did:

Generation 1: Take Heliolisk, give it a Power Band. Take a Ditto from the Friend Safari with 31 Ivs in Sp. Att and Speed, and give it a Destiny Knot.

Generation 2: Hatch a few eggs, sooner or later you'll get a baby with 31 IVs in Sp. Attack, Sp. Def and Speed. Give it the Destiny Knot, and breed it with a Ditto with IVs in HP and Defence. Choose a stat, and give Ditto a Power item corresponding to it.

Gen 4: Hey presto, a Helioptile with 31 IVs in HP, Defence, Sp. Defence, Sp. Attack and Speed. As the Destiny Knot lets the baby inherit 5 IVs from the parent. The more perfect IVs the parent has, the more likely it is that the baby will have the stats you want, and the less time each generation takes.

The first generation will take the longest (mine was about 12 eggs), but each generation after that will take less and less time.

Pretty much the only diffrence between what you're describing and what im doing is that im not using Ditto but just pokemon i caught that have the desired IVs/breeding compatability and eventually just inbreeding with the Fletchling'si hatched. Ive been doing this for about 2 days and i only get the occasional 3-4 perfect spread.

Does the fact that im not using Ditto's make a difference somehow?

With Ditto, the gender of the baby is irrelevant, as all that matters is that the baby has the right stats.

After 2 days i decided that Talonflame wasnt gonna win any battles on HP or Special Defense, so i just settled for 31 Atk/Spe/Def.

The app can't make 100% legal mons. If those people bothered to use Pokecheck, I can almost guarantee those "legal" mons would have had invalid PIDs and 4th/3rd gen only tutor moves and stuff like that. In addition to the vast majority trying to get in with Earthquake Alakazams.
