So, I'm relatively new to breeding shinies, and I need to know if I've done anything wrong here, because I have 3 full boxes of mawhiles with no shiny in sight.

I've got the O power for hatching and a litwick with flame body in party.

I breed around 1300 of the same pokemon by now while using the masuda method.

IIRC from a previous thread 1380 eggs gives you a 66% chance of having a shiny by that point. So it's entirely possible you're living in that ~34%.
