The main idea behind this set is Petal Blizzard hits all adjacent pokemon so it hits Goodra and raises his Attack while also causing damage to the opponents

As a physical attack, Petal Blizzard is going to do shit damage coming from Flogres. At best, it'll at least take away the use of focus sash or sturdy on the opponent.

Never use Iron Tail on anything unless it has Compoundeyes or something.

Florges will do fuck all with Petal Blizzard, not to mention that it's physical and it's not good to run lock-in moves in doubles. You should also invest mostly in Defense if you're running a Calm Mind set.

According to testing by Smogonites, Aromatherapy activates Sap Sipper, even if the Pokemon with Sap Sipper has no status to cure, so you could use that to your advantage without having to give Florges the physical Petal Blizzard.
