Yo guys, I've been playing Pokemon SS for the last few days and I have played HG before. Never really got into them - been trying now and I'm not really feeling it. I'm determined to complete SS and the second region, but I might not make it. I really liked RSE and have completed LG/FR. I'm thinking about getting a 3DS XL for Pokemon X/Y since my brother enjoyed it so much. I would also end up buying other 3DS games, but that's for another day.
I really liked DP, though. They were awesome. Never played WB or WB2. Is it worth playing X/Y?

TL;DR - Is X/Y as good as people say it is?
