What is the thought process of the children putting up these offers? At their age, I'd have realized it's fucking retarded to request trades like these. I'm especially curious about those looking for Pokemon that are impossible to obtain at the specified level. Are they not aware that you can't have a level-10 Ampharos, or are they just trying to irritate people?

Just put in the filters for "No Special Pokemon" and "Pokemon you have", it narrows it down quite well.
The problem being sometimes it returns nothing.

Kids try to con other kids by making what they have extremely special, this is nothing new. Except through GTS, it's really obvious what they're doing because they can't really say what makes what they have so great compared to what you have.
