Also furfrou takes pretty big damage from a boosted sacred sword from aegislash.
But yes the sets are very predictable, but I think the problem is that you need specific counters for each one of this mons.

considering /vp/ answer to literally anything has been ">bullet punch" or "what is scyzor" for years I don't see why you whine now. It's the continuation of a bad game mechanic that has been there since they introduce more priority moves than quick attack.

What if people are using partial investment into speed on Azumarill to get faster than Scizor without speed investment? Then more people start investing into speed for Scizor and so on?
