How the hell could they incorporate the story of Emerald into two separate Hoenn remake versions?

I mean, the whole story centers around Groudon and Kyogre fighting and the opposing Teams, but there were only one of each in R/S. The mascot situation would be fucked, too, by Rayquaza being the most important with that story.

What if they just made one remake, SkyEmerald or something, instead of two like EarthRuby and SeaSapphire?
