I just found this little fella on my first play-through and I thought I'd EV train it. It's got a Relaxed nature but its overall lack of speed means this isn't really an issue.

I'm thinking 252 SpAtk, 252 Def/SpDef/HP and Trick Room?

What do you suggest for a non-egg move moveset in this gen?
