Gold Writ (don't bother with the lvling ones, barely worth it), Amulet Coin, Money Power lvl 3 and something like Mewtwo.

Try to have dosh power active for gym leaders, the E4 and the elderly. I can usually sweep through 3 at a time, 4 if I'm really lucky.

Wondertrade and Streetpass. I think doing some stuff in game also givs you some, but it's not much (walking a lot Ithink? not sure).

Just like real miles programs from airlines, the farther the partner you wondertraded/streetpassed is from, the more miles you get.

Pretty sure Australians seem to have the biggest advantage when it comest Pokémiles, we're far enough away from Europe, Japan and America while it being a lot less likely to trade someone from Australia.
