I will likely have to get quite many pokemon from like level 1-10 to 30-40 What's the best way to do this? The restaurants in lumiose are great, but it takes too long. It's more suited for getting poke into the high 50s and beyond. I tried high level hordes, but man. Near victory road you constantly get geodudes, which have rollout attacks that take ages, they also have sturdy. And the Spindas on route 21 keep annoying you with hypnosis shit. I suppose I could run through the E4. But that, too, seems like it would take too long simply to get one poke into the 30s or barely to 40.

Took me two E4 runs to get from 7 to 52 holding a lucky egg and switching out, but that was just 1 pokemon.

>>15307775 Something with mold breaker ignores sturdy, so something with that a earthquake works well, i dont have my game handy but the area when you can horde battle weepingbels and gligars is the best place i know.
Remember the experience you get isnt just based on the level of pokemon you kill each pokemon gives differennt experience.

Used a spread move on hordes like surf or earthquake. If you use one pokemon that's high leveled, you should knock everything out. Spinda give like 2300 a run so you can get like 4-5 pokemon up fast. If its raining then go to route 19, for weepinbell hordes.

>Takes too long Huh? Rotation battles, it takes, what, 1 hour or so? You also make lots of dosh.

I realize the restaurant rotation battles are absolutely awesome when it comes to raising pokemon to 50 and higher, but for me this is mostly about raising pokes to their evolve levels

Level up in the battle Chateau (visit often; beat everyone there before leaving). Once you hit max rank, you can send out a writ (Black Writ of Challenge) which increases the levels of all trainers in the chateau by 20 until midnight on the day it is sent. It's expensive, but with the Amulet Coin you'll easily make the money back and more. Notable trainers:>Furisode Girls (four of them) Black Writ = Two level 55 Audinos>Gym Leaders Black Writ = Two level 70 pokemon>E4 Black Writ = Three level 75 pokemon>Champion Black Writ = Four level 80 pokemon Combine with Gold Writ of Invitation to reduce the down time while you wait for more trainers to appear.

The Writs you can buy seem expensive, but with an amulet coin you get like 24000 per battle.
The first few ranks are a bit tedious, but as soon as you hit Marquis rank you start encountering Furisode girls with audinos.

>>15307775 personally i use the battle chateau near the daycare. the trainers restock like 4 times a day, and while theyre weak at first, the more you use it, the more trainers appear and the higher ranked theyll be. If you use a strong pokemon holding an amulet coin you can also harvest money and pay the maid out front to attract more high rank trainers

Amie also provides a small exp buff (25%?) and I believe it stacks. It is the first amie bonus you get, too.

after EV training on hordes, my pokemon are usually about level 15 when I take them to le wow. I do le wow twice while they hold lucky egg, and they're level 50. Bam.

Also, try to get the pokemon from someone else because I believe there is an XP bonus for training a pokemon that was not originally yours.

I remember in B2 I used to have it like this: Search highest level audino. Lead with poke baby you want to level. Have it hold a lucky egg. Switch out to high level poke that knows selfdestruct/explosion. Christ the XP is insane when that happens cause it registers as the lvl 1 killing that 5x audino. Brought pokes far into 30s in one pokemon iirc.
Anonymous
So what would be the ultimate "clears hordes" pokemon? I'm thinking something with explosion/selfdestruct and mold breaker. Does that exist?
Anonymous
Quoted By:
>>15310056 Come to think of it that would only be needed if you lead with your scrub poke holding a lucky egg and then switch out.
Maybe it's faster to only bring 2 pokes, put lucky egg on high level guy, turn xp share on and just destroy them right away

Does lucky egg work if held by a pokemon that's not actively in battle but only gets XP through xp share?

>>15311831 Yes, but more important, can you stack two lucky eggs?
One on the guy who fights and one on the poke that you want to train with exp share?

Do triple battle in Le-Wow resturant, using exp O-power. Put Pokemon you want to level in the middle, teach him protect, spam EQ/Surf. Shouldn't take longer than 15 min. Your level 1 pokemon should become level 50 at the last battle.
