I wrote some poorly rhyming riddles. The answer to each is a pokemon. Feel free to make your own because I don't have a whole lot:

Starting with a short line but I've gotten longer
Through trials and tribulations I've grown ever stronger
I've triumphed over many things
I've beaten warriors and Emperors
My might can topple Kings
Despite all of my pride I still fear the sky
Despite all my talents, I know I'll never fly.
