My problem with Ash isn't his skill or immaturity or disregard for typing, it's he's a completely different character than he used to be.
He's more like a hollow shell now. Ash used to have devotion, and will, and a fierce attitude against losing. He used to take battles fucking seriously. When he loses now it's just "no big deal" to him. Kanto Ash would've flipped a bitch if some faggot pulled out a darkrai and sweeped him. He's just so fucking passive now. Does he even really care about being a Pokemon master anymore? Seems more like he's just embraced traveling new regions as a way of life rather than a means to get to the top.
