It has amazing speed and above average attack, but aside from that it's pretty poor. If you're determined to make it an attacker rather than a supporter, give it X-Scissor and Swords Dance. The best thing you can hope to do for an offensive Ninjask is attempt to 1-hit KO things before they 1-hit KO you.
