So did anyone figure out anything more yesterday about the Palace Gardens?

Now that I'm thinking about it, it's impossible to get Black or White Kyurem in XY since there's no DNA Splicer item...wouldn't it be possible for the Gardens to hold the Splicers? I mean, obviously that doesn't make a lot of sense story wise, but..shit they need to have some way to get those ones right?
