No recharge turn after a KO. It worked for Gen I and there are plenty of Pokemon who'd still rather use other moves that are stronger once STAB, effectiveness and other factors come into play.

If it still somehow proves to be a real issue then implent the above change as well as always moving last on the turn after a Hyper Beam/Giga Impact KO, but I highly doubt it'd be necessary.

Make it back physical like in gen 3. delete Giga impact, and boost it to 185.
Hyper Beam was the signature move or physical pokemon like aerodactyl, snorlax, gyarados, T-tar.. made it special and create Giga impact was retarded
