Only thing is I don;t know what item to give Mega Gardevoir, or if I should let it have Thunder Wave or Shadow ball.

I assume you mean moonblast on Gardevoir, in which case get rid of psychic as psychic and fairy are rather redundant and fairy has better coverage. Replace with shadow ball.

Also, an item on mega gardevoir. What's wrong here?

Shadow Claw is always inferior to Shadow Sneak since you want to be running Aegislash with the lowest Speed stat possible.

How does that make it inferior?
Putting Shadow Sneak on would defeat the entire purpose of putting it at the lowest speed possible. You only want to do that so you always go after your opponent, making you tank a hit in shield forme, attacking, then king's shielding and then taking another hit.

You don't want to hit first with Shadow Sneak and be fucked over when your opponent survives it with a sliver of health and you have 0 defenses to take a hit thanks to that luck. Shadow Claw also has increased damage over Shadow Sneak, and fills the role of hitting second just fine with regular priority while having low speed.

If anything, Shadow Claw should be preferred over Shadow Sneak every possible chance, but people are somewhat good at predicting and know when Shadow Sneak can kill or it can't, but it's good for snagging extra kills on something with status moves trying to get through your king's shield or something despite you being set up. It all depends on playstyle, but Shadow Claw would be preferred if anything.

You want to be slower than your opponent, that's your entire gimmick.
If you accidentally outspeed an Escavalier or something and then it uses Iron Head, you die because you have like absolutely no defenses.

I think all you would have to worry about is him, Reuniclus, Musharna (ha), Gigalith, Slowbro, Snorlax and Cofagrigus though. But still, some of these are relatively common enough to pose a threat. Especially Slowbro being a dedicated Mega Blaziken counter.
