I'm glad Mawile got fairy type and a buff. Still wishing her mega was just a regular evolution though. If it was, they'd probably skip out on buffing with pure power though, so defend trade off, I guess.

Tick room Slowbro has been working well for me as her partner. Mawile breaks the special sweepers before they get a chance to attack while Slowbro scalds to burn physical sweepers. If they have 2 special sweepers out at once, it becomes troublesome, so I hide Mawile back until 1 is gone. For doubles, of course.

I prefer manwiles. The first pure steel pokemon should go around punching everything, forget about deception.

I've stuck with that from the shitty subpunch sets in RSE to Sheer Force Ice Punches in BW and don't plan to stop any time soon, no matter what dainty secondary type he gets. If bring a fairy means he can punch dragons harder, so be it!

That said, one of my manliest mawiles was a girl.
