I don't have X/Y so I can't test it myself, but I got to thinking, does Mega Kangaskhan's attack stat raise by two stages every time you use powerup punch because of parental bond? If so that's broken as shit.

That's exactly what happens, although it's not too bad. Power-Up Punch only has 40 BP and it's not boosted by STAB. And it's useless against Ghost types (Gengar and Aegislash are very common now).

It's good, but it's not broken. Kangaskhan can get easily walled by a lot of ghost types and garchomp still has enough of an edge to usually win against her one on one. She also becomes a useless piece of shit as soon as she get's burned.
