what if GF implamented a way to pokegen legitimately but these pokes would not be able to be shiny/breed/trade/add to dex/and would only come in a special trade ball, with a maximum of 30(one box full) of these gened pokes would this make people happy?

Even if you carve your own pieces, you still have to be skilled to play. The guy who bought his can be the best there is, but the pieces themselves are not going to help him win.

It's an equal playing field, but /vp/ will side with the guy who carved his own because of MUH FEELINS

I think it'd be good but I'd restrict it further to be Wifi only, and not able to be used in Friend battles / Tournaments.

More Rental Pokemon from the stadium games, and less Free Pokemon to use whenever.

I'm personally just going to breed whatever I can get from Generation 6 but for pokemon with moves that have to be acquired from certain generations and need to be passed along several cartridges I'm just going to use Pokegen, I know a lot of people will just say I should do without, but whatever. Like with Defog for example, a lot of pokemon can only get that in Generation 4, hell you want to use a legendary Kanto Bird that has Defog? Well then you're going all the way back to Gen 3 for that. I'm just going to circumvent all that and pokegen, it's cheating I guess, but who cares. Seems like quite a lot of dedication just for a video game.
