You can always try getting off the internet on your game and back on to refresh people and hope to see an Iceland person. (Although, I was successful at opening window trades with those from Mexico, none gave me a Sun Scatterbug or otherwise lol). Better than sitting around and hoping for the GTS or giving away a legendary though!

A SHINY sure. Hell, even an Audino, Magikarp, or even a Luvdisc, SURE. Hell of a higher chance someone giving into one of those. Maybe you should waste 1-2 hours getting such a shiny to trade for a legendary to trade for a sun then stalk the GTS the whole 8+ hrs for someone to be nice about giving away IcySnows.
But that's just me. With that said, I have more dex completing to do<3 I must catch up and beat certain people irl lol
