One thing I don't get about the whole DLC region argument, is that it seriously isn't necessary and it would add nothing to the game. Everyone already has level 80-90 teams, and is currently breeding and making them even better.

In addition, a new region would be filled with shitty low level trainers and probably be pretty unfun, just like Kanto was in GSC. I honestly don't see Gamefreak doing this at all.

Unless the place is filled with trainers with insane endgame teams, or if you somehow could not bring your old Pokemon into the region, I just don't see it happening. The former is very unlikely if they're really introducing 60 new Pokemon in the new region.

tl;dr anyone who believes this bullshit is retarded

And that's exactly what they did. they made high res textures and downscaled them so they could reuse the assets in other games. It's entirely possible, especially considering how bad japan is with compression. Did you know that none of the audio files in MGS4 are compressed? That's why it takes up an entire goddamned blu ray.

The Faceless Men thing is possibly relevant. As others have pointed out, Fuupa/Hoopa is a Psychic/Ghost and the Hupia is a mythical faceless ghost.

I don't think the new region will be IN this game though. I mean, it would be amazing, but I can't see it happening, and the main game isn't balanced for another region being added (Diantha's Pokemon are 20 levels higher than Lance's in GSC).

Remember how that other leaker fixed his "mistake" with the starter types? It turned out that the first one he posted was right after all. The faceless Pokemon reeks of track covering. I'm also partly convinced there will be at least five to ten hours of undiscovered/unrevealed content in X/Y.

Wishing for a second region in X/Y is kind of unreasonable though. There's a bunch of smoking guns for the sequel, absolutely, but as other people have stated before, the game just isn't balanced or set up for an entirely new region.

Gf made its new zone for the hard core. All pokemon trainers have 6 pokemon (to make up for every other trainer being allergic to having more then 3). all the pokemon will be 100 ev trained with perfect ivs. Also the trainers are based of Japanese play style so its all substitute toxic sleep shit.
