Sticky Web lasts the whole match, right?That is OP as fuck and I have yet to see him online.

Usually just suicide him for a chance at Sticky Web. Even then it can still get spun away and doesn't affect Levitate/Flying pokes. If the opponent is stupid enough to switch out I can get in a Thunder/Bug Buzz for moderate damage.

Aside from TBolt instead of Thunder, you can also do this to get in another move, and possibly TW their best poke if they throw it out.

Otherwise it's still pretty mediocre.

You have no excuse to run Thunderbolt over Thunder when you have access to Compoundeyes.
