I just want to horde EV farm and this fucking rain wont go away.

Is there any way to make it stop raining? I tried changing the clock and it doesn't do shit. I saw all you fags whining that you couldn't find rain to evolve your Goodra weeks ago, and now I can't get this shit to stop.
