I'm looking of doing a super monotype challenge run of all the game /vp/, however, I was curious to what type I should do. To people who have done monotype challenges before could you give me your experiences on what generally seems to be the funnest type to use?

I was personally leaning towards normal at this rate just due to their versatility, but, I'm more than willing to give any type a shot. I've done a bug mono before of Fire Red, but, I was hoping to expand my horizons as well by doing this challenge. So please /vp/, suggest me a type to use throughout all the games and why I should use that type.

I was planning on skipping doing anything in Gen 1/2 and instead playing their remakes if that helps influence your decision a bit more.
