The CPG thread died out so I thought I'd start one for the discussion of sets you've come up with. Here's a tag team I have for Exploud & Scolipede.

Could this make Exploud a lot more viable?

Exploud@Choice Specs
Ability: Scrappy
Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spd
- Boomburst
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower

Scolipede@Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
Jolly
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spd
- Iron Defense
- Poison Jab
- X-Scissor / Megahorn
- Baton Pass

Scolipede can get in an Iron Defense or two & Baton Pass the +4 Def & +2 Spd to Exploud, who can then wreck everything with Boomburst. I'm admittedly not that knowledgable with using Scolipede so I assume there's a much better EV spread & set, but Scolipede is basically there to set up Exploud. Could this become viable in UU or even OU?

Baton passing is always really hard to pull off, because of how easy it is to counter. Also you will likely find that boom burst won't do as much as you might have hoped when resisted. Also it comes to 210 base power after stab, which is really good, but keep in mind it doesn't get super effective on any type, and that exploud only gets about base 90 atk. Charizard using flamethrower reaches 270 base power when super effective, by comparison, and charizard is both faster and stronger.
The advantage exploud has is movepool, so it could be better to keep your options open with an assault vest or life orb/expert belt. You sacrifice some power, but you gain options beyond switching out, which is especially valuable if you want to baton pass.

Don't the Specs boost that 210 higher though? I'd have said to partner Exploud with Huntail or Gorebyss to Baton Pass Shell Smash, but I went with Scolipede to give Exploud the Speed boost it needs.

Exploud's always been one of my favourite mons, & I've always been disappointed that it's not viable in higher tiers, I'm just trying to give him a fighting chance with this tag team.

Yes, but they would boost STAB SE flamethrower even more.
I feel you, I'm in the same boat, I just think assault vest plays to his strengths a little better, namely his movepool and base 100 HP stat. With investment and a vest, his defensive stats are comparable to snorlax.
