I also thought Aegislash was going to be the best thing since sliced bread, but I've found it to be slightly disappointing. If it got Volt Switch/Uturn, it would be awesome. Right now, it too easily turns into set up bait.

He won't be Ubers. It usually only packs Flying and Fire moves, so Rocks, Rotom and others that resist it will be able to handle it. And, anyone that resists flying while also having their own priority can check it.

I'm outta the loop when it comes to Gen VI metagame. Not sarcastically, why is this guy OU? He really only learns flying/fire moves so I thought he'd be walled by some of the common ones or even bulky waters.

Speed doesn't matter because priority and more bulk allows it to Swords Dance safely.

Priority Brave Bird/Acrocaticts/Roost is its big selling point.

Talonflame will be a top OU threat, much like Volcarona, but it won't be banned. Fire/Flying doesn't have a lot of coverage, it's x4 weak to stealth rock, and 81 attack means it needs SD. 78/71/69 defenses means it can't take a hit for shit and that the recoil from moves it's going to kill it very fast. It's a balanced pokemon.

I've said this a bunch of times, Aegislash is shit as fuck and chumped by actually threatening pokemon.

I've used T-Tar to deal with Talonflame though, I've only played a few games on Showdown just yet and most people using Talonflame are idiots that think that priority Roost is something meaningful.
