Base 100 speed, right around 600 attack with a neutral nature. Would be much better with 2~5 more speed.
The problem is that after hi jump kick he has nothing. No boosting move, mediocre coverage moves, and really not any unique niche.
He can nuke a lot of things - Especially those slow, specially bulky fairies with poison jab - but don't expect him to carry your team in a lot of situations.
IIRC, pretty sure he can 1HKO Skarm with either HJK or fire punch so there's at least that use for him if nothing else.
