I feel it is my responsibility to remind you that 'IV' stands for 'individual value', and it refers to the number assigned to each of a given Pokémon's stats.
It disappoints me to see how many misguided posters amongst you seem to have recently succumbed the ill misconception that it specifically means 'individual value of 31', or 'perfect individual value'.
You mustn't sacrifice grammatical correctness simply for the sake of making a sentence one word shorter.
