So, could someone please help me with breeding 4-5IV Pokemon? I have the Destiny Knot, a Ditto with perfect speed and HP IVs and a Helioptile I want to breed. Now what?

You'll need more Dittos to do that so you can get more IVs. Catch a big bunch at the friend safari if you can fill a box with them, then do it.

If you absolutely cannot access more IV Dittos, you:

Breed until you get a Helioptile with Speed/HP.

Replace other Helioptile parent with HP/Speed Helioptile.

Breed until you RNG another perfect stat along with HP/Speed (or opposite gender with a new IV, with or without HP/Speed).

Replace parent (ideally replace Ditto for faster eggs) with new IV parent.

Breed until you RNG another new stat onto your HP/Speed one, and replace parent.

Repeat ad nauseum until you get the IVs you're willing to settle on.
