Speedy attacker or bulky?

And does he seriously not learn a bunch of "punch" moves even though Iron Fist is one of his abilities?

Bulky. It cannot afford Speed as it has little to no Speed and no way to boost it to make it worthwhile.

It gets Power Up Punch and Hammer Arm/Sky Uppercut.

Mold Breaker looks to be more useful until future tutors are released.

Yes. The Smogon research thread on Pangoro is basically a bunch of posts listing the shit he doesn't get. Its a joke of a pokemon and I'm stunned that Game Freak wasted time promoting it as they did.

If it really does mean "surprise attack" like the other anon said, it's not. A sucker punch is a surprise attack and not necessarily a punch.
