Quick question about breeding and using the Destiny Knot.
Does Destiny Knot only pass down 5 IVs of the parent HOLDING it? Or is it gaurentee that 5 IVs will be inherited from BOTH of the parents?
I checked Serebii's wording and it's kind of poorly written.. What else is new
"as of X & Y, if you have one of the parents hold the Destiny Knot item, then 5 IVs total from either parent will be guaranteed to be transferred"
5 IVs total from either parent as in five from the holder or mate? 5 IVs total as in maybe three from one parent and two from another? I just want to understand before I waste my time breeding incorrectly.
