If Nintendo and Game Freak wanted people to have perfect battling machines with no effort, the IV and EV systems wouldn't exist, natures either wouldn't exist or they would only be beneficial to the particular Pokemon, etc.
All this stuff is here for a reason. If you want it, you can have it, but you have to put in the work for it. There is no 'gib warmachine pls' button in the game, you have to have to build it with the tools provided in game.
