Does Blastoise actually use his cannons in any of his attacks? He shoots Hydro Pump and Hydro Cannon out of his mouth which is a big let down. However when I tap on his model on the summary page, it shows him shooting his cannons.

Am I missing something here or did GF just decide to half-ass it?
