Now, should I put the destiny knot on Snover or ditto?

You can put the knot on either. The knot pics 5 IVs out of the parent's 12.

You keep breeding until you get another opposite gender snover with IVS that fill in the one the other snover doesn't have and breed them.
Dittos only go so far.

For the record if you didnt use a knot it would still inheret 3 random ivs from the parents. The knot just bumps it up by 2.
