Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, and Aura Sphere are good attacking moves, as are Flamethrower/Fire Blast and Shadow Ball. It can also Calm Mind and Roost. with Thunder Wave and Air Slash it can Paraflinch well (I don't know if it can still get Body Slam).
It can do well with HP, Special Attack, or Speed EVs, if I recall correctly.
My favorite pokemon, but I'm not that great at competitive.
