That's about the best moveset I can think of.

Once you can import Gen V Pokemon over, replace Crunch or Stone Edge with Superpower and you should be good to go.

Actually, looks like you can breed Close Combat onto it, so try this:

Granbull@Choice Band
Intimidate
Adamant Nature
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
- Play Rough
- Crunch/Close Combat
- Stone Edge/Close Combat
- Earthquake/Fire Fang

Base speed is 45, base HP is 90. You're better off bulking the crap out of it.

I would go ahead and put the leftover 4 evs into Speed, you never know when outrunning something slow might pay off, more likely to help than a measly point increase in Def.
