While Greninja does have that problem, Kecleon's problem is that he's forced to run priority, otherwise he'll get fucked up by anything physical, even then he's most likely not going to KO on that priority.
I wouldn't say Greninja is the GOAT mon to use, but you're overhyping Kecleon too.
Also, a lot of mons can get walled pretty easily. That's why you try to have synergy to make up for it.
