If so Rock Polish Sheer Force with Rock Slide Fire Punch and Crunch with Sash or Life Orb.

If you want to make him generally better, give the guy a better ability.

I havnt really looked into this since i kinda dissapointed me when i was a noob and tried using it. But maybe Brave nature and put him in a Trick Room? With Sandstorm maybe?

One strategy is to use a Will-O-Wisper to burn a physical hitter that Rampardos can set up on. A good partner to this guy is a defensive Dusknoir with Will-O-Wisp. After Wispin' something that uses primarily physical moves, switch to Rampardos and Rock Polish one or two times for a few speed boosts if you think you can take the punishment.

I wish that you could still baton pass Mean Look though.

Slap a choice scarf on that nig and max out his speed (nature,IV,EV) and enjoy head smashing unprepared mons.
With a scarf it matches or outspeeds(I can't remember) base 110 speed mons with beneficial natures.Same goes for Tyrantrum which does it better because it has even more speed.
