I need your help /vp/

I'm trying to breed a Fennekin with perfect IVs (31/xx/31/31/31/31) but I need to know if the guy in Kiloude city tells you all the perfect stats or just a couple.

How exactly it works?

He'll tell you only the ones that are perfect and the ones that are below 5 I believe. The label at the end describes all he listed.

He tells you the highest stat, comments if there is any other stat of same value as it and then makes a compliment on how good it is (and that's how we know if a stat is perfect or not).
Afterwards, he'll comment if you have any 0 stat.

If he list off stats and then says "Stats like those... they simply cannot be beat" means they're 31. Test this for yourself by catching anything in a Friend Safari, they will always have at least 2 31 IVs.

As also mentioned he'll sometimes state which stat(s) are the worst at the end by saying something like "But that Special Attack... wouldn't even leave a scratch"

Yes, example, my bred Venipedes, he mentioned HP, Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed and said "stats like those, simply cannot be beat". That means all 5 of those stats are 31 IVs.
