Alright so Im not usually into competitive things about pokemon, but my friend and I always battle and hes been looking up builds so I want to get a shuckle thats a poison staller and nig him hard. Assistance on moves evs ect

Shuckle always has been and always will be bad. Taunt bait, free set up and high defenses mean very little without any hp to back it up.

I know but I heard hes making a comback with Poison Web or something, okay well we arent really into competitive but he uses the klefki into Aegislash sometimes or klefki with confuse ray substitute and thunderwave, what stops me is his Protean Greninja I need a team that can stall and then get my gengar in mega safely I guess. Idk a good team halp

Infestation is a nice new move since it keeps people trapped in, allowing you to Toxic Stall or Power Trick Rollout or something equally amusing.

don't use mega gengar unless you plan to shadow tag destiny bond something on his team, its his only real strat and he has to do it fast since he becomes susceptible to earthquake. Use something like mega kangaskan he is very underated and strong

Okay, OP here's what you do

Contrary (his special ability)
252 HP/ rest into defenses, defense boosting nature
Binding Band (increases power of capture moves)
-Infestation (boosted by BB)
-Shell Smash (increases defenses)
-Rest
-Encore/Toxic

After two Shell Smashes, literally nothing can do more than 15% or so. So, lay down some Toxic Spikes (Tentacruel or Roserade, just use Smogon sets) then send in Fuckle and hit 'em with Infestation. They won't be able to switch, and will lose 1/8 of their health each turn, not counting poison. If they start any funny business (like using stat up moves) use Encore and switch to something that can fuck them up.

My Shuckle is Toxic, Wrap, Rest, Protect with Leftovers+Contrary. It worked pretty well in BW2 against the battle train (Doubles) but probably wouldn't against players, mostly because it wasn't EV trained or bred for IV/Nature.
I just Toxic, Wrap and Rest when I need to with a Protect between each move and get some more health. Occasionally I switch into Leech Seeded enemy as well.
