How useable is Gogoat? He looks like he learns decent moves, but that low speed and low defenses is a pretty big red flag. I mean he's got great HP, but is he bulky enough to be effective with his low speed?

I see he gets bulk up and milk drink. That would help his shitty defense and with the extra attack power may make horn leech viable over leaf blade. Plus he has leech seed. I just imagine too many things tearing through his low physical defense stat, part in due to his low speed.
The only speed boost baton passers resist grass too, which means you'll never pass a speed and attack boost off to him in the same move.

Gogoat @ weakness policy is hilarious thanks to bulk and horn leech. Also his movepool is immense, I'm still trying to find a good set with Milk Drink included.
