Just bred 150 Super Size Pumpkaboos for Halloween. Giving them out over Wonder Trade. Some have good IVs, some don't. They're named after Paper Mario's Shadow Sirens, so keep an eye out.

Catch a female supersized one and breed it or breed a male supersize with a ditto.

Supersized ones can be found in the wild on route 16 in the really tall grass. You can tell it's supersized by listening to the cry and watching how high it floats. Supersize ones have a siginificantly deeper cry and hover noticably higher off the ground than others.

also, Serebii says Super sized always held a Miracle Seed, so you may lead with a Pokemon with Frisk, like another Pumpkaboo or the other ghost-grass Pokemon I forgot its name...
